In South Africa, 1 SMS credit = 1 SMS message. This means that the sending of 1 SMS message will cost 1 SMS credit. This table shows the number of SMS credits needed to send to international cellphone numbers. For example, to send an SMS from South Africa to Albania will cost 2.25 SMS credits. Note: The actual cost of the SMS is determined by the cost per SMS credit paid in the SMS credit bundle purchased. i.e. 1 credit may cost anywhere from 25c to 42c as per the pricing schedule.
The 'Highest grading' is an indication of the quality of the best route available to that network. The grading is an empirical measure and is in terms of the reliabilty and functionality of the routing group. 5 is the highest and 1 is the lowest.
