This promotional competition commences on 22 February 2010 and ends at midnight on 31 March 2010.

Cash prizes will be awarded to winning BulkSMS customers and the message credits will be added to the winners’ BulkSMS customer accounts.
The Promoter of this promotional competition is Celerity Systems (Pty) Ltd, trading as BulkSMS.com ("the Promoter"). The Promoter, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this promotional competition.
All information relating to this promotional competition and published on any promotional or advertising material forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
The prize winners of this promotional competition shall be chosen by a process of elimination. A selection committee consisting of BulkSMS staff will create a short-list of entries. This short-list will be forwarded to a Judging Panel for the selection of the top three entries and the overall winner. The factors to be taken into consideration will include: average SMS volumes over time, innovation, productivity benefits, and communication efficiencies.
The Judging Panel for the BulkSMS.com Messaging Awards will consist of three persons:
Prize winners will be contacted telephonically by the Promoter by 20 May 2010 in order to facilitate the handing over of the prize (either by courier or by hand) and the transferring of the BulkSMS credits.
In the event of any dispute relating to the awarding of prizes, the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding on all aspects of this promotional competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from a entrant's participation in this promotional competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.
By entering the competition you agree that in the event that you win the Promoter may publish your name including, where you enter on behalf of any organization, the name of the organization you represent as well as your image and details of the messaging use case study submitted by you for the purposes of any advertising, promotional, print, point of sale or public relations material, the nature and manner of such releases to be determined within the sole discretion of the Promoter, for a period of 12 (twelve) months from 1 May 2010.
If required by the Minister for Trade and Industry, the Lotteries Board or for whatever other reason, the Promoter shall have the right to terminate this promotional competition with immediate effect and without notice of such termination. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights, which they may have against the Promoter and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against the Promoter, its directors, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.
All entrants, by entering this promotional competition, agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all persons submitting entries on behalf of the BulkSMS customer warrant they are exclusively authorized to do so in respect of the case study entered by them.
Where an entry is submitted on behalf of any organization or corporate entity, prizes will be awarded to the organization or corporate entity and not to the person submitting the entry on the organization or corporate entity’s behalf. Prizes are not transferable and any prize not taken up for any reason will be the subject of a separate draw and shall be allocated in terms of this promotional competition.
Prizes will not be exchanged for any other prize other than the prize offered in terms of clause 2 above. Payment of any taxes that may be levied on prizes awarded in terms of this competition shall be solely for the winners’ accounts.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar commercial value.
