1.1. Download the BulkSMS Text Messenger
Step 1: Go to www.bulksms.com and choose your country
Step 2: Click on the BulkSMS Text Messenger icon to start the download process
Step 3: Click ‘Run’ to download the application to your computer
Step 4: Once the software has been downloaded, you will be asked whether or not you would like to run the software. Click ‘Run’.
Step 5: Click ‘Next’ to enter the BulkSMS Text Messenger Setup program.
Step 6: Read through the terms and conditions and click ‘I accept the agreement’ to agree to the BulkSMS Text Messenger Terms and Conditions.
Step 7: Click ‘Next’
Step 8: Click ‘Next’ to install the BulkSMS Text Messenger in the default location (C:\Program Files\BulkSMS Messenger). Should you wish to install the software in another location on your computer, click Browse and select the relevant location.
Step 9: Click ‘Finish’ to complete the BulkSMS Text Messenger installation
You are now ready to login to your BulkSMS account! An SMS text message will be sent to your mobile phone number. It will contain a registration code that allows you to claim your 5 free credits.
1.2. Register for your BulkSMS account
Once downloaded, the BulkSMS Text Messenger will take you automatically into the registration process. Follow the registration process as outlined below:
A pop up window will appear once the BulkSMS Text Messenger download is completed. (Should this not appear, find the BulkSMS icon on your desktop and double click it to open the application).
Step 1: Select ‘New user’.
Step 2: Click ‘Next’.
Step 3: Enter your first name, surname and contact details as requested
Step 4: Click ‘Next’.
Step 5: Select the Time Zone you will be sending SMS text messages from.
If you did not receive your registration code please email support to request it. Please include your username and mobile phone number in the email.
Step 6: Click ‘Next’.
Step 7: Check the tick box to provide BulkSMS with information on yourself/your company
Step 7a: Click Next
Step 7b: Insert all your relevant information
Step 8: Click ‘Next’ to save your information.
Step 9: Choose a username and password to be used when logging in to your BulkSMS account.
Step 10: Click ‘Register Now’
You will receive the following message: “You have been successfully registered. An activation code is being sent to your mobile phone right now.” You can use this code to claim your free SMS text message credits. If you do not receive your registration codes, please email support to request it.
1.3. Register on the BulkSMS Text Messenger as an existing user
Once downloaded, the BulkSMS Text Messenger will take you automatically into the registration process. Follow the registration process as outlined below:

Step 1: Select ‘Existing user’.
Step 2: Click ‘Next’.
Step 3: Enter your username and other details as requested
Step 4: Click ‘Next’.
Step 5: Click ‘Finish’
1.4. Claim your free credits
Once you have registered on the BulkSMS Text Messenger, a prompt will ask you to claim your free credits. To do so:
Step 1: Click ‘Claim free credits’
If you did not receive your registration code please email support and request it. Please include your username, mobile phone number and website address in the email.
Step 2: Enter the ‘Registration Code’ exactly as it appears in the SMS text message you received.
Step 3: Click ‘Ok’. You will receive the following status message: “5 credits have been added to your account.”
These credits will be automatically uploaded to your account and will reflect on the Messenger Status bar (bottom right hand corner of the BulkSMS Text Messenger application, next to your username).
If you do not have the time to enter your registration code now, or have not yet received it, then you can click on “My Account” and select “Claim free credits” on your BulkSMS Text Messenger toolbar (see picture below). You will then be asked to enter your registration code as per Step 2 above.
