Reference: Your BulkSMS username – this is so that we can allocate the credits purchased to the correct BulkSMS account.

  • EFT or Bank deposit:
    • Your credits will be loaded once your payment has cleared into our bank account. Depending on your banking institution, please note that funds may take up to 2 days to clear into our bank account, if this an inter-bank transfer.

  • Cheque Deposits:
    • All payments made into our accounts via cheque deposit, depending on your banking institution, will only be loaded after 7 working days or when funds are cleared into out account.

Once you have completed the transaction, the proof of payment needs to be:

  • faxed to 021 552-2848 or 0866 507-648, in case of deposit slip, or
  • emailed to accounts@bulksms.com in the case of an EFT(Electronic Funds Transfer).

Please include your username (or invoice number if you already have one) as reference as well as a contact phone number.

An invoice for the deposit will be faxed and/or posted to you if you have not already requested one.
